Once upon 10 years ago.....
I graduated from Burley High School. GO BOBCATS! :) I attended BYU-Idaho and received my associates in social science. In 2002 I went to dental assisting program in Orem, UT. I met my handsome man-Nick (I know we're Nick and Nickie-so adorable right? lol) who was attending BYU at the time. May 8, 2004 we were hitched in the LDS Logan Temple. {Best day of my life!!!} We packed up our things and moved to Philadelphia so Nick could go to Jefferson Medical school. Currently we are still here in Philadelphia while Nick completes a Radiology Residency for the next 4 years. I graduated at Harcum College in May 2007 in dental hygiene and currently work 1-2 days a week. So on most days I'm a busy stay at home Mom--the hardest, but most rewarding job all at the same time. I love it and am grateful everyday(well okay....most days).
On September 9, 2007 we were blessed with our Alexa Nickole who is now 2 1/2 years old. She's full of energy, and is our sunshine! She's miss independent and is the best big sister to Chloe Grace who joined our family on July 10, 2009. Chloe is so easy going, and has a love for music! Anytime music is playing she is mesmerized. She adores her big sister and we can't imagine life without her.
We have enjoyed living close to the ocean, D.C., and New York-there's never a dull moment! It's true that Philly Cheese steaks are the best; and the water ice is what helps us survive the humid summer days. As much as we are enjoying our adventure over here, we do plan on moving back somewhere on the west side closer to family in 2014.
