Emily Walton

Hmmm....where to start!??!!

I headed to Edmonton, Alberta Canada to Taylor University College after high school. I met my husband at college and the two of us crazy kids got married in 2002 right in the middle of our college experience. We spent our summers in Burley and the rest of the time in snowy Edmonton where we enjoyed living in a different country and culture.

Our son Caleb was born on March 17, 2004. I graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology and Shane with a Bachelor of History. We moved back to Shane's hometown of Gig Harbor, Washington (close to Seattle). Our daughter Kate was born on January 30, 2006. I have been a busy mom pretty much ever since!
Shane is working for Chinook Properties, a contracting company that works on the naval bases around the Puget Sound. I have been working part time at Starbucks to get out of the house and have some grown up time! Over the last two years we decided to put Shane's handyman skills to work and build our own home. What a lot of work that was! But it was worth it and we are happy to say we survived and love our new home, and continue to work on the huge task of landscaping 2 acres!
We are expecting our 3rd baby in October and Caleb (6) and Kate (4) are super excited to have a little one around the house!
I am looking forward to catching up with everyone in August!
