Time sure flies, I watch it go quickly every day, although, for me, these past 10 years have been “The best of times.” After graduation I attended college. College life began at Ricks (BYU ID), follow by CSI, and later by ISU. During this time I made many great memories and friends. While attending ISU I meet and married Jeffrey in the Bountiful Temple in May 2004. In 2004 we also both graduated from ISU; I received my BA in Elementary Education. That year we also began our lives and careers in Twin Falls, ID.
After graduation I began work as a Behavior Therapist and have continued to work in this area instead of teaching. This allows me to set my own hours and stay home with my family while Jeffrey is at work, but someday I would love to teach. Work as a behavior therapist for children has lead to many interesting, fun, and learning experiences. I have loved the children I have been able to help and look forward each day to what it might bring. Some days are shocking and others very laughable.
Now I’ll talk about the best part of my life since high school, MY FAMILY.
We began our family in January 2006 with our son Karter. Karter is a quiet, clean, and imaginative four year old who often wishes he could fly.
In October 2007, Karson joined our family. Karson is a talkative, often dirty, and ever moving two year old who is always by my side.
Most recently in April 2010, Emmitt was sent to join two big brothers and hopefully survive. The boys love him and can make him smile and laugh more often than cry. He has been a great baby and a joy to have in our lives.
I love MY PRESIOUS BOYS who give my life meaning and excitement. My family is my life and they take all my time and energy. We enjoy being together. When we are not working, for the money which so quickly disappears, we enjoy biking, camping, fishing, visiting family, playing in the dirt and water, playing with hot wheels and swords, and becoming superheroes.
The time has quickly passed, but what a better way to spend my time than with the ones I love.
