Tasha Rice

Right after High School I started working at Simplot's in one of their grain stations 6 days a week to earn money for college. Then I headed up to Ricks/BYU-Idaho that fall and started school. I played almost as hard as I worked and had a great time with roommates and intramural sports while I also supported myself through school working at the local Albertson's. I had a lot of trouble deciding what to study so in 2005 I graduated with my bachelors and left with an education in Spanish, business and art. I even dropped down to part time status after my second year at school to study some alternative medicine.
In 2003 I met my husband Josh Sylvester at school and we were married in October of that year. After we were married we kept going to school and I had a baby on our nine month anniversary. I was able to finish my last year of school with a little baby in tow and did some freelance graphic design work to earn some extra money on the side.
My family and I now live in Las Vegas and have been here for 5 years now and are expecting our 4th baby on December 31st. We are hoping to relocate soon back to Idaho to be closer to family and to have the kind of lifestyle with both love and miss. Did you know more people live in the Las Vegas Valley than in the whole state of Idaho? I lot more people.
